08/31/2015 - mmanglass66 Bought a home in 2015 in Long Neck, Frankford, DE 19966. If you are looking for a realtor who listens to you, and will not waste your time Ruslana is the top of the list! I was in Delaware for one week and never imagined I would find my dream home! Given my parameters , within several hours over fifty listings were emailed for my review! The next day , with two additional offers on the table, we had an excepted bid! Her knowledge of the area and negotiation skills can't be beat! I know I have made my first go to person in Delaware!

She was very responsive as I was contacting agents online looking for someone to help me find a new home for my mother who is moving from Baltimore to DE. Ruslana worked with me online the entire time, via email texting and phone. I work a lot and that is the way I wanted this to be handled and she was perfect. I would HIGHLY recommend her. She handled the entire process carefully and was always available when I needed her be it on the weekend or in the evenings. She always got back to me in minutes, I never had to wait for anything. She made this a pleasant and happy experience. I can't say enough about her. Truly a special person!

After driving 4 hours from PA to meet Ruslana to see a property that I ended up not liking. she took me to several other ones that day until I found the one I like. This was last minute, unplanned and unexpected. I work some crazy hours so there were plenty of times when I would call her late or send her a text. I was never expecting a response until the next morning but she always picked up or called me right back. After dealing with other realators and loosing out on other deals because of their slow response time. This was greatly appreaciated. Ruslana was always professional and made sure that I understood every step. whenever something came up that was unknown she had plenty of resourses at her disposal to get me the right answer. This was also key for me since I was from out of the area. I would recomend her again and use her in the future. Thanks again Ruslana

At the time I was working with several real estate agents to find some land but, it didn't take long for me to realize that Ruslana was a shining star. It was her genuine concern about my interests that set her apart from the others. For over a year she regularly sent me new listings in email and, was very patient with me and, answered all questions, emails, texts and, calls very quickly. She finally found a property that I fell in love with and, without her professionalism and, knowledge I would have never won over multiple bidders. Ruslana Stoykova is amazing! I strongly recommend her realtor skills and, will be using her again in the future.

I chose Ruslana out of the realtors that responded to my request because she supplied what I needed to know about her before I had to ask her. She not only offered to show us the house that caught our attention, but thinking ahead compiled a list of similar homes in the area that met our needs, again without asking, for us to review and to see when we came down. . She knew how to draw out of us our thoughts and concerns about the various houses we were seeing without prying.Ruslana is good conversationalist. When there seemed to be a few procedural snags in the buying process she promptly stepped in and moved the matter along or gave clarity for the matter to be able to move forward.She is an excellent knowlegeable advocate for the buyer. Ruslana showed patience and understanding. No concern was too small for her to speak to or explain. Additionally, she wasn't pushy and did not display any sense of frustration despite showing several properties. Unfortunately, due to our specific circumstances and through no fault of hers, we were unable to close a deal, however, once we get our situation corrected, we will most assuredly be utilizing her services. Ruslana has a pleasant demeanor and is very easy to speak to. We believe she genuinely cares about her client's needs and puts their wants before hers.
