My wife and I are both retired from the military. We moved on average every 2.5 years prior to retirement and have therefore purchased many homes and dealt with many, many realtors. When we decided to move to Fort Collins, CO, we spent well over a week viewing homes online and searching for the best realtor we could find. After extensive research, we decided to go with Ryan Embry to help us find and purchase a home.

Here are but a few of the many, many amazing attributes Ryan brings to the table:
1) When we first contacted him, he went through a detailed list of questions concerning the things we were looking for in a home and helped us narrow our focus so we wouldn't waste time. As we looked at homes, he was very perceptive and would take note of the things we liked/didn't like and would continually narrow down his searches.
2) To say Ryan has been responsive is an understatement. There were many times I would think of something I wanted to ask him and would send a text, often late at night (11:00 p.m. and after). Hardly without exception, I would get a response within minutes of my text. It got to the point that I would author the text late at night but not send it until the following morning because I didn't want to bother him so late at night.
3) Ryan also helped us find the BEST financing for our home which saved us at least $300 per month on our home payments. When you look at it in terms of years, it's a HUGE amount ($3,600 per year)! That alone justified our decision to go with him.
4) There were various negotiations that were involved in the purchase. We frequently asked for Ryan's opinion and reasoning behind his thoughts when we were negotiating various aspects of the purchase. Once we decided on a course of action, Ryan did a stellar job of representing us and convincing the sellers/sellers' realtor which saved us tens of thousands of dollars.
5) During the purchase process, Ryan made absolutely certain we never missed a deadline set out in the purchase contract. Sometimes, things can get confusing during the purchase process, but Ryan did an outstanding job of explaining various aspects of the purchase and ensuring we made wise choices.
6) With Ryan's help, we were not only able to find a home we never dreamed we could buy, but he helped us get an unbelievable deal on the financing and get the price down to an amount we could easily afford! My wife and I are still star struck that we actually own such a beautiful home with everything we could have ever dreamed of having!
7) Lastly, my wife and I live in Missoula, MT. When we came down to look at homes, we got stuck in a situation where the only day we could look was on a Sunday. Although I was reluctant to ask Ryan to spend a Sunday showing us homes, when I hinted at it, he was all over it. He didn't hesitate to meet with us and spend the day showing us many stunning homes!

My wife and I HIGHLY recommend anyone moving to Fort Collins, CO consider hiring Ryan. I guarantee you won't be disappointed! Although the home we purchased is our "Forever Home," if we are ever in a situation that we need to buy another home, Ryan will be our man!

From start to finish Ryan was such a pleasure to work with. I would call at such random times and he was always super attentive and made sure to answer any question I had. I was really unfamiliar with the home buying process but after seeing a few homes with Ryan he explained everything in a way that makes buying your first home easy peasy.
