My son was relocating from Atlanta,Georgia to the Los Angeles area.
Being an extremely concerned parent. Plus during a pandemic I was extremely concerned of the following:
How will he his girlfriend and roommate find a place.
Would I approve? Would the price be reasonable? So I did a Google search and randomly called Ryan. Well, he answered all my questions.
He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable. Well he and my son connected and immediately had a connection.
Ryan found the three of them the PERFECT rental property. He paid attention to every detail . From
the pricing, legal aspects of the lease and the cleanliness of the property. The process was seemless just as a concerned parent would want!
My son his girlfriend and roommate couldn’t be happier. I as parent was able to breathe easy knowing
that Ryan was taking care of every single detail.

Ryan didn’t have to help us, but he did, my cousin Bill was seeking a roommate for his Apartment. I found Ryan on the internet and called. He took the time, at least 30-40 mins to speak to us and Explain how we should go about to get a roommate. Real estate agents really won’t make much off of a listing like his, so he just gave us the free guidance and following his advice, my cousin did end up getting a roommate. He gave us knowledge and time, which is priceless in this town. He even offered someone he knew, in case they’d be interested in the apartment. He said he would keep it on his mind, if anything or anyone came up. So incredibly pleasant and easy to deal with. A real straight shooter. Ryan is definitely the person we will use when it’s time to to buy!

My clients and I have been working with Ryan for years and are so impressed by his business acumen, depth of knowledge, attention to detail, and his honesty and care. I first started working with Ryan in 2009. As a first time home buyer, he helped walk me through all of the steps and held my hand all the way through the process. He was able to manage personality styles and keep me informed the whole way through. Ryan always had his eye out for me and found my home for me.
10 years later, when I was ready to move out of the townhouse and into a house with the husband, soon to be baby, and dog, without hesitation I called up Ryan. Ryan was able to sell my townhouse within the first open house weekend and get us a great price and terms! It took a while to find the new house (due to the market), but Ryan was with us every step of the way. He was always available to us when we needed him, he worked tirelessly! We got an amazing house in the best location, we are so happy with the where we ended up!

I’ll start by saying that you’re unlikely to find a better realtor than Ryan! He’s fast, always available, shows up in person, and knows the market for pricing a listing or making an offer.

I first used Ryan to sell my Santa Monica apartment apartment. I was planning on replacing the floors and doing some basic work to make the place look nicer first but Ryan advised me that it would be smarter to save the time and money and offer a discount for the scratched floors if needed. He ended up getting multiple offers, above list price, and I didn’t need to redo the floors (which saved me $10,000 + a month of work).

I also used Ryan to buy a house in Calabasas. He found the perfect place and got our offer in ahead of everyone else. I’m pretty sure that the seller got better offers but only after they accepted ours because Ryan was so quick. I literally live in my dream home now thanks to him!!

So, basically, you’re in good hands if you choose to work with Ryan as your realtor and you won’t regret it!

I initially met Ryan when I was buying a condo in Santa Monica (Ryan was the broker for the seller). Ryan did such a good job in facilitating the process that I ended up reaching out to Ryan and asking him to be my broker 3 years later when I sold the condo.

Ryan does an amazing job helping you to realistically price your listing so that you don’t scare offers away and actually get multiple offers above list to choose from. He is also extremely knowledgeable about the properties and is hands on while selling.

Fast forward a few years later and Ryan has gone out of his way to help find me a interim 1 year rental home (while I was waiting for the right property to buy as a permanent home) and helped me to purchase a new home.

I highly recommend Ryan on a business level because his work ethic is flawless, he is morally sound, and knows more about the market than any other broker out there. I can say that I count Ryan as a friend now and he has helped me with other real-estate or housing issues even though it didn’t involve listing or buying a property. He is an all around good guy.

Moving to a new city can be frightening, everyone has a friend who knows someone that can help you, who do you trust? We were fortunate enough to meet Ryan, when I say fortunate I just don’t mean Lucky I mean grateful in every sense of the word.
