Born and raised right here in Boise on the Bench, Ryan has a great deal of hometown pride. Mr. Perecz realized at an early age that Boise was a pretty special place. He enjoyed and took advantage of all that this valley has to offer. Ryan is an avid downhill skier, white water rafter, water skier, hiker, camper and he loves to travel. He plays the piano, loves to sing and karaoke, He also enjoys going to Boise State Football, the Shakespeare Festival, and Boise Philharmonic and is known for his cooking and baking skills.
Ryan graduated from Borah High and then served an LDS mission to Indiana after which He went to college in Utah at SLCC and UVU. After his educational experiences abroad, Ryan moved back to his home, Boise, in 2003. Mr. Perecz immediately began his real estate career and has been licensed as a realtor since 2002. Ryan’s passion is helping his fellow citizens and neighbors achieve financial stability and realize the excitement of homeownership.
