Helping clients achieve their real estate goals is Ryan's number one priority, whether a home is valued at $100,000 or $1 million. As a result, he has assisted in the purchase and sale of homes in every price range. Although the purchase or sale of real estate is serious business, Ryan believes it should also be a pleasant experience. Thus, he makes it a point to project humor into the process. Clients say working with Ryan is not just productive, it's fun. A graduate of Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado, Ryan's first sales position was with Ski Barn and Directory Plus, both in Durango. In 2013, he and his wife, Katie, a Durango native, moved to Nashville, Tennessee, where he became a successful REALTOR® - completing thirty-five transactions and generating $8 million in sales in 2014. He was the top agent of RE/MAX Elite’s Ashton Real Estate Group and served as a mentor to several new agents. The birth of their first child in 2015 prompted a return to Durango and the purchase of their new home in the Dalton Ranch community. They believe Durango is the best place to raise their child and enjoy their favorite pastimes, including golfing, fly-fishing, and cross-country skiing with their white Lab, Rosetta.
