Jon was exceptional to work with! I decided to sell my home last minute and reached out after seeing a Facebook post of his with a house with a similar build and near the same area as mine. I am several time zones away and can be difficult to get a hold of at times but I was able to set my expectations and Jon knocked it out of the park working on my behalf. He was able to elaborate anything that he was doing in a way that made sense and if I had any questions he answered them near immediately. All parties are extremely happy with the sale/purchase of the home and the process and service that Jon provided.

Ryan was a great help for me in the home-buying process. As a first time home-buyer, I was clueless to many of the working parts that go into making a purchase possible. Ryan guided me through all the steps I needed to walk through, making sure to explain what was happening along the way. He was always available when I had a question or concern. Ryan Potter was excellent to work with. We moved to Omaha, NE from Sioux falls, SD and he was very accommodating and easy to work with. During the peak time of our house hunting, he was able to make time to help us look at multiple homes. I highly recommend Ryan to any buyer or seller. He got me preapproved within a day of contacting him. He was sensitive and understanding about my needs and wants for a home. He scheduled all the walkthroughs I requested within the week I first asked him to be my agent. He was knowledgeable as questions came up. He made himself available anytime. He was an excellent negotiator. He guided me through the whole purchasing process, all the way up to when he gave me a giant individualized housewarming basket today!
