I listed my house with Sabrina & within a week had received FIVE offers—four of them over asking price! Selling a 100-year old historic home comes with unique challenges, & she kept on top of all the moving parts throughout the entire process (unlike other experiences I’ve had with agents who seemed to disappear after the sales contract was signed.) Would definitely recommend.

It took me awhile to write my review for Sabrina because I was unsure how to put in to words, a review that ecompasses how truly amazing she is at what she does. Selling and buying a home is an incredibly stressful experience but if you are lucky enough to have Sabrina in your corner, then you are in good hands. Sabrina is proffessional, yet compassionate, honest, yet sensitive, and always has a way to turn a bad situation into a manageable feat. You can count on her to be there every step of the way, and I mean every step-she even helped us tear out carpet and subfloor staples so we could move our furniture in!
I hope that if you are reading this and looking to buy or sell your home, that you will give Sabrina a call so you can see for yourself what the best is. I will forever be grateful to Sabrina for everything she did to help me.

I recently closed on my forever home thanks to Sabrina McGinnis. I started my search for a home near the end of January 2022 and after looking at a few homes I found the home I wanted and was able to close on the home by May 5, 2022. Sabrina was very professional and she knows what she's talking about. Her expertise on homes is exceptional and she is very upfront, honest, and works hard to get you what you want in a time frame that frankly amazed me. She took care of much of the leg work and the paperwork I needed and even accommodated to my unusual and busy schedule, including meeting me at night to do tours of homes. I could not recommend any one more than Sabrina if you're looking for a new home in the area or even selling one. Everyone that she referred me to from home inspector, to my lawyer and even to the mortgage company were great profesdionals like she said they were and even they told me how lucky I was to have Sabrina as my real estate agent. So if you've found this page, please look no further because I don't think you'll get better than Sabrina!
