Sacha Picotte

Sacha Picotte is a Realtor affiliated with the National Association of Realtors and known locally in Sioux Falls, SD. She began building her business 9 years ago while juggling a full-time job, single motherhood, and finishing up remnants of an Education degree. Although becoming a teacher was a long-time goal, real estate became her passion. She immediately jumped into the shoes of a buyer and purchased her first home, and that was one of her first deals. From then on, her enthusiasm about home ownership drove her to motivate others into home ownership. As most agents do, she began working with first-time home buyers. Today, she represents sellers and buyers equally.

She is a proud mother of 4 children; Charity, a 21 year old who attends Texas State University, Heaven (15) who is a student at Roosevelt High, Edward (10) who is an amazing son, and Kinkade (1) who puts the "sun" in "sunshine".

Born in South Dakota, Sacha made the move to Texas as a little girl due to her father getting stationed at Dyess AFB. She spent many wonderful years in Texas. After her parents retired, they moved back to South Dakota and she followed suit.

Now several more years later, she is still enjoying raising her family here, practicing real estate here, and making new memories everyday.
