Sal Ruiz

Salvador has been a sales associate since 1985. He works very diligently to develop trust and loyalty in all his real estate activities by being focused on his client’s needs, staying current with technology, and being aware of current market trends and opportunities. This approach has created many satisfied and well-cared-for clients. Sal has received placement in the prestigious Presidents Club as well as being a recipient of the Golden Circle Award. He loves living on the Central Coast and enjoys all that the County has to offer. From wineries to beautiful beaches and everything in between.

He is also a musician and plays blues harmonica at blues jams throughout the county. Sal also plays guitar, piano, and percussion. He loves to dance and enjoy good music of all kinds. He also loves to travel and makes a goal of experiencing various parts of our amazing world. He has been a surfer since age 14.

Sal graduated from Cal Poly with a bachelor’s degree in Child Development and a master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling. Before entering the real estate profession, he worked as a therapist with the San Luis Obispo County Mental Health Department and as a Superior Court mediator in child custody cases through the San Luis Obispo County Probation Department. He performed stepparent adoptions and developed group home placements for court wards while at the San Luis Obispo Probation Department.
