Sally Neill

Sally was born and raised in southwest VA and graduated from The University of Virginia in 1985 with a degree in English. She and her husband started their family in the Northern Virginia area but were lucky enough to make the move back to Charlottesville in 2000. Since that time, they have taken full advantage of all the cultural, athletic, and dining opportunities that this great community has to offer!
Sally began her real estate career in 2006 and brought with her the valuable experience she gained from previous jobs as both a real estate paralegal, as well as manager of her husband’s construction company. According to her clients, she routinely goes above and beyond what’s expected of an agent. She’s been known to help clients clean their houses before a walk-through, babysit children during closing, and coordinate meals for stressed clients during their move. In addition, fulfilling her many volunteer positions in the community and raising four children have honed the strong organizational skills necessary to complete a smooth real estate transaction.
A lifelong sports enthusiast, Sally can often be found on the tennis and pickleball courts, in the yoga studio, or on the local bike trails. When she’s not playing sports, working, or hanging with her family, Sally likes to travel, read, do puzzles, and take long walks with her two mutts, Maisy and Mack.
