Salvator Xuereb’s mantra is: “take care of your client the way you would want a real estate agent to take care of you.” Emmanuel and his brother and partner Salvator have been ranked top 1.5% agents in America in the WSJ two years in a row.
Salvator was born in NYC. His parents are French and were part of the glamorous 60s & 70s NYC fashion world. Salvator and his brother grew up between New York City and France, absorbing equal parts of both cultures. After a short stint at NYU, Salvator dove into acting. He has since had a successful thirty-five year acting career. You can see his sense of humor in the funny Charles Schwab commercials that have been running for several years where he plays “Carl” the grumpy stockbroker.
Salvator teamed up with his twin brother, Emmanuel, in Real Estate seven years ago to help clients successfully buy and sell their dream homes. You may run into Salvator in Los Feliz and Silver Lake where he lives with his two children. Additionally, you might see Salvator MC-ing Parent Association events at LILA, his children’s French American International School. Salvator and Emmanuel are proud to have fostered and adopted two brothers, Justin and Jonathan, who are now in their early thirties living in Los Angeles.
