I am a top 1% producing Chico Realtor, and Broker/Owner of Chico Homes. HOWEVER, I have spent a lot of time in your shoes- whether you are a buyer, a seller, or somewhere in between, I know very well what it is like to be right there! 1. The agent was inaccessible and didn’t return my calls in a timely manner;

2. The agent didn’t take the time to really get to know me and therefore, my real estate needs;

3. The agent didn’t seem to have my best interest at heart.
