Sandra is truly the best in the business! She helped me through the entire process of purchasing a home for my daughter. She was always available even after hours when I would have a strange question. The process I have been through with Sandra has made me realize she is a really good friend and not just a realtor. Her knowledge of the business is truly unbelievable. Anything that needed to be done she was on it immediately. Even after the sale I still call Sandra for advice. We cannot recommend Sandra enough. Initially, she sold my wife and I our home back in 2015 and she has been helping us in our recent search as well. We had no idea what we were doing as we were young, inexperienced, and apprehensive of the entire process. She comforted us and explained every detail and answered each question we had in a way that we were able to understand.

We thought we were going to run into some issues with the seller and agent. She assured us we had nothing to worry about and addressed each concern we had directly with them. Everything was handled by closing without us having to do anything. The seller actually wrote us a check at closing and we walked away from the deal with more money than we came into closing with. We never would have imagined we would have made money by going to buy a house. We look forward to continuing to do business with her in the future and hope to find a new home to raise our new family in.
