This was my best home selling experience in the last 20 years. Sandra is awesome! She is knowledgeable and easy to speak with. We used her to purchase our home in Parker back in 2017. We had such a nice time checking out homes and finding the right one that fit our wants and needs, she kept us on our toes. Fast forward to 2021. We reached out to Sandra to sell our home, yes, the same one she helped us find/purchase. We have kept in contact over the years, she regularly checks in to see if she can help us with anything and everything Real Estate. She had such great ideas and was on the spot about current pricing in our neighborhood. She knows us pretty well, and she knows our home. She did all her research, prepared everything, and presented us with her thoughts. Parker is a booming area right now. We listed our property on a Wednesday, started showing it on a Friday, and had 4 offers by Sunday. Sandra walked us through each offer 1 by 1 making her recommendations. We chose the offer that best fit our needs. Fast forward to today, April 2, 2021. The house closed without any hiccups, everything went so smooth. Sandra was with us at our signing to answer any questions. I will definitely reach out to Sandra again in the future for my Real Estate needs, advice, ideas, or another purchase/sale. Thanks Sandra for being there for us 100% over the last 4 years. I definitely trust Sandra and would recommend her to my family and friends. I know she will take great care of them!

Sandra sold a house for us almost three years ago. She was so much fun to work with. She was also so attentive to all the details about selling our home. She communicated with us as appropriate and responded to any questions/concerns we had in a very timely manner.

It came time for us to move again but this time to purchase a home and we wouldn’t have asked any other realtor to work with us than Sandra. Once again, she was attentive to our needs and concerns and responded to any questions we had in the same timely fashion we experienced when selling our previous home.

If anyone I know is looking to buy or sell a home I would gladly recommend that they work with Sandra. In fact, if they were a close family member or friend, I would insist on it.

Sandra represents the buyer as if you were her family. She keeps you informed of each step of the buying process and is on top of any issues that may need to be addressed. I trusted that everything would be taken care of. Working with Sandra made for an enjoyable and less stressful purchase. Highly recommended! Sandra is absolutely the best realtor in the Denver area! I have purchased many homes in my lifetime and have used many different realtors, and Sandra is by fee the best I’ve ever encountered! She went out of her way to help us with our move to Colorado. Once we found the perfect home she took tome to measure all of the windows to make it easier to find coverings once we moved in. She took photos and made laminated copies of our electrical fuse box locations so when the panel gets faded we’d know what fuse went to what room
In our house. She is cheerful and exciting to work with and does very detailed research based on your likes and dislikes. I highly recommend her for you real estate needs. Give her a call, you won’t be disappointed!

Sandra is AMAZING! We originally enlisted her to sell our home and ended up buying with her in the process. She is very professional and great at her job. She did everything she could ensure we would receive top dollar on the house we sold. She also pays extremely close attention to detail. We have a beautiful, handmade farmhouse table and once Sandra recognized it’s importance to us, she assessed if every home we toured had a dining room that would fit our table and if it didn’t she’d say “guys, this isn’t the one. It won’t fit your table.” Sandra helped us buy our forever home, but if we ever have plans to buy again, she’s the only person we will consider working with. Please do yourself a favor and talk with Sandra first before buying or selling your next property. You won’t regret it!
