Sandy Carey

Sandy Carey is an Associate Broker and co-owner of the Carey Homes team. She likes to joke that she has been in real estate since she was eight years old, tagging along on occasion with her mother, a licensed agent in Alaska. She has worked in the real estate industry since 2006 in many avenues including title, bankruptcy, and foreclosure servicing, and as an Appraisal Reviewer for and appraisal management company.

Since moving to the incredible state of Idaho in 2012, she obtained her real estate license and has enjoyed helping people fulfill their real estate goals. Sandy obtained her Associate Broker’s license in 2016 and is also a Certified Military Residential Specialist.

The Carey Homes team is co-owned by her husband, Marcus Carey. They have been recognized year over year in the Circle of Excellence as a Top producing Team. Carey Homes thrives in new construction, relocation, investments, and enjoys helping clients with any of their real estate goals, big or small.
