I met Mr. Salcido right before the pandemic hit. I viewed on of the properties he had listed. He was so polite and helpful. after loosing my loan approval do to financing issues for FHA Loans I worked on my credit and was able to qualify for a conventional loan. During this time Mr. Salcido kept in touch with me to see if I was ready to get back out there and see what was on the market. In just 2 short weeks Mr. Salcido was able to make my dreams of becoming a home owner come true. I am proud to say because of his help an knowledge I am now in escrow on my very first home. He is not only amazing at what he does he will not steer you wrong and trust me I was looking in to some pretty unsafe areas to purchase due to low cost. he assured me that I would be better off in other areas and helped pick out the perfect home for me.

Santiago went over and above to help us sell our house. We had a pretty steep time line as we were moving out of state. He listed it quickly and had an open house within a short period of time. He has a lot of contacts and was able to get the property out there for everyone to see. We sold it after 1 open house and had a 20 day close. We were able to start our life in Texas.
