Santiago Orvananos

Santiago Orvañanos is originally from Mexico City and has been living in San Diego, California since 1984. He has been active in the real estate industry for the past 15 years and is currently an active member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the California Association of REALTORS®, and recently obtained his designation as a Certified Distressed Property Expert. He specializes in short sales, residential properties, and investment opportunities.

Santiago is fluent in Spanish and is actively involved in the Hispanic community. His goal is to help as many people as possible to fulfill their dreams of home ownership or get out of a distressing situation. By working hard with honesty and integrity to fulfill his clients’ needs, Santiago strives to create long-term relationships that will flourish in the future.

Prior to becoming a real estate broker, Santiago received his Master’s Degree at Georgetown University and his Bachelor’s Degree at the University of California at Berkeley. In his spare time, Santiago likes to play golf and soccer, and attend sporting events.
