Sara did an excellent job in helping my wife and I sell our house. She was knowledgeable, straightforward, and always available to help with our many questions during the selling process. When our movers left us hanging and we had to rent a Penske truck at the last minute (never use Transit Moving), she and her husband even helped load the trailer that night. Cannot recommend her more highly--phenomenal agent!!!

Sara has been my real estate agent for 20 years. She helps me to purchase 3 real estate properties and Sell 2 real estate properties. Sara is an AWESOME agent! She always answered her phone and replied to emails promptly.

She had a good understanding of the local market and she spent times answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes she sell, how long her listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area.

We were concerned that our house, which was located a little far from downtown and in a neighborhood with many of similar homes would be tough to sell. Sara made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like staging the property, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more.

Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition.
Our house went under contract within a week with a few offers above the listing price. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience.

Services provided far exceeded any of my expectations. Professional, knowledgeable on all levels, great communication, and we'll connected. Not only sold my property in twelve days, but.also brought in the buyer! Helped me find a new home, introduced me to a couple of neighbors she had helped into their properties, as well as negotiated the purchasing of this property. The realtor who represented the sellers was totally unprofessional. If not for Sara, I would not have been able to negotiate the new property, and the sellers would have been unable to sell. Sara is the best. She has been the most responsive, patient and knowledgeable realtor. We started this house hunting journey three years ago, finding certain houses in certain areas, and she was Johnny on the spot with all of our questions. Pulling comps within hours of us finding a house, or even thinking about selling ours. She is straight forward and will tell you all of your options, as well as suggesting professionals to help with your house either selling or buying. When we bought our house, we would text or email her all hours of the day. She is great, and you will not be disappointed! I will recommend her to all my family and friends.

Sara was fantastic to work with! We looked at homes in Boulder County, Larimer County, and Weld County. Sara was very knowledgable about property taxes, schools, utilities, etc. in each county. She is incredibly responsive; when she says she's going to do something, she does it, quickly! She has an extensive list of vendors and contractors (the painter she recommended said they prioritize her clients because she's so great to work with and they got my painting done within two days of my closing). We also had a number of questions about the house after the closing and Sara was just as responsive post-closing as she was pre-closing. It was a pleasure to work with Sara, I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor and I will certainly use her again if we move in the future. My husband and I are so happy in our new home!

Sara was an incredible agent. I was out of town during most of the selling process and she handled and arranged everything from the cleaning, minor repairs, and staging. She even helped me sell and donate some of the furniture. She was always patient with me and made good recommendations in regards to how to handle some of the offers, but more importantly, she was accurate in the initial appraisal of the house value and the estimate for the time it would take to sell. If I still lived in the area, I would be using here again and again for my property purchases, and even though I am not in the area anymore, I do recommend her to my friends that are still in the area.

Sara did an amazing job when we were on a time crunch with our old lease ending. She literally got us from searching for homes to closing on a house in less than 4 weeks!!! All using a VA home loan even with a hiccup or two in the process (forms/paperwork). I felt comfortable texting her any questions I had whenever I needed to because she was so inviting of my questions and responded as quickly as she could. She knows how to negotiate fairly and got us a good price while still working respectably with the seller’s agent.

She is willing to travel all over Northern Colorado. We are in Fort Collins and she had no issue coming up from Firestone to help us search, visit, and then close on the house. We are happily living in our home now instead of a basement studio and would definitely use Sara again in any of our home buying/selling needs!
