I met Sara last year while I was searching for condo's in the Santa Barbara area. Sara was very knowledgeable about the area and enthusiastic to be able to help me find the perfect home. Sara has gone above and beyond her professional duties to help make me feel welcomed and secure in her ability as a Realtor. Sara is professional and yet has that personable quality that you want and need when your new to an area. While I am still looking for a perfect match for my permanent residence, Sara was able to find me a temporary residence. Since I lived out of state at the time Sara met with my landlord and viewed the condo I wanted to rent. She took time out of her professional and personal life to help me and make sure I found the perfect temporary home. I would highly recommend Sara to anyone who is looking to buy a home. Sara was extremely helpful from the first moment my wife and me contacted her. We were first time buyers and really inexperienced when it comes to the process of buying a home and I don't know how we would have handled it if it wasn't for Sara. She was very good in guiding us in the different steps during the purchase, and always providing a sound advice which helped us tremendously. Buying a home is a major step for a family and I can't think that we could've dealt with a better realtor than Sara. Sara was absolutely amazing. I cannot describe in words how helpful she was. Her respeonses are lightning fast and shes always there to help. She went the extra mile to get us our answers and pushed for anything and everything we requested. I really felt like she was on my team and cared for my family and us buying our home. We were more then lucky to have found Sara as our realtor. It felt more like family then a business transaction with her. We serendipitously found Sara when another local agent didn't call us back to show a house we were interested in. I have thanked our lucky stars a number of times that he never called us back! Sara dialed into our requirements and aesthetic preferences very quickly, and on top of sending us MLS listings daily, added personal comments about neighborhoods and schools that helped build our knowledge of the local area quickly. Sara knows the local neighborhoods like the back of her hand, is extremely responsive (and I mean all hours of the day), professional, and super detailed. We would use her again in a heartbeat!
