Sara Ter Heege

Texas-born and raised, Sara ter Heege has been in sales essentially all her life. Always one to go the extra mile for others, she exceeds in customer relations. From her early days as a bank teller and bartender to her work in apartment management where she excelled as one of the top 3 leasing agents nationwide, Sara continued to learn and grow in sales experience. She went on to new construction working for a prominent Houston builder. Along with training others, Sara closed over 210 homes and $56 million in revenue. Through it all, Sara has developed a far-reaching client list, with whom she maintains positive connections.

Family ties also provide a strong connection to real estate. While Sara has always loved seeing homes and new construction, Real Estate is in her blood. Her father has bought, renovated, and leased many homes. Her grandfather and stepfather ran a successful commercial plumbing company responsible for building Hobby Airport, Galveston Hospital, and the renovation of Hotel Galvez. In addition, they built many local school districts that including Klein ISD, Pearland ISD, Magnolia ISD, Lamar ISD, and Fort Bend ISD as well as many high-rises and luxury condos in Downtown Houston.

Sara has a genuine caring nature when it comes to her clients. Throughout her vast sales career, excellent customer service has always been her driving force. Drawing from her own experience as a new home buyer at the age of 21 working with a shady real estate agent, Sara looked forward to an opportunity to bring about a positive change in real estate. From the moment she meets new clients, Sara is available to teach them about loans and explain various fees as she works with them to develop an attainable goal for home ownership. Her clients appreciate her willingness to be available and provide open communication, making the home-buying or home-selling process an easy one.

Following the philosophy of Voltaire who said, Every man is guilty of all the good he did not do, Sara is passionate about helping others. She treats her clients as lovingly as she treats her friends and family with honesty and integrity. Aside from being an expert in new construction, Sara is skilled at understanding VA loans as she loves the opportunity to serve clients who are veterans and active military. In fact, she has been active in supporting her community since high school whether avoiding large chains to shop locally, gathering donations for families in need, volunteering for Meals on Wheels, running a blood drive, or even constructing a home for a veteran.
