I've been licensed since 2005, and in 2015, I received my designation as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). I truly enjoy working with people as well as securing the best deal possible for my clients, and welcome the opportunity to assist you in buying or selling a home.

I am originally from Virginia and North Carolina, and have been in Colorado since 2003. I lived for 12 years in Boulder, and am now a Denver resident. I work everywhere in between, and am knowledgable and well versed in the nuanced markets of Boulder, Louisville, Lafayette, Westminster, Broomfield, Arvada, Wheat Ridge, Denver and surrounding.

I received a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from North Carolina State University in 1999, and bring my keen design eye to my real estate business, whether it be to help a seller stage their home to it's highest and best use before selling, or to help a buyer see potential in a home that could be perfect with a few changes.
