Sari is an exceptional real estate agent. She made all the difference in our recent sale of a property in Oakland. She took over the whole renovation process, ensuring that only the stuff the mattered was done, negotiating the best prices, and providing essential support in arbitrating issues between the 2 sellers.

More recently, she provided an enormous amount of support with the possible sale of another property in the Berkeley hills. She clearly identified that needed to be done to get top dollar for the place. Not only does she really understand the market, but she is willing to truly earn her commission by managing the entire process of renovation and sale.property.

While I ultimately decided to defer the sale of this property, there's no question that I will ask Sari to manage the sale when the time is right.

Sari helped us prepare our house in Berkeley for sale by suggesting key upgrades and by staging it so that it looked irresistible. After only two weekend open houses she was able to obtain multiple offers and a sales price that exceeded our expectations by $200,000. She works really hard for her clients, and has great knowledge and insights about the local real estate market. I can't imagine having anyone else in the East Bay as our agent in the future.

I highly recommend Sari as an agent! My wife and I recently chose Sari to represent us in the sale of our house, and the outcome could not have been better.

Sari was wonderful to work with. She helped my spouse and I both buy a home (got our first offer) and sell our condo. Both sales included some complicated and difficult negotiations and she handled them like a pro. Sari is a great broker. In an absurdly difficult time to buy a home, she helped us get into contract for a beautiful house at a price we felt was below the market rate. She is professional, responsive and patient, but on top of that, she is a sweet person. She is warm, encouraging, upbeat and kind. She always did everything we asked and respected our approach, but was never shy about giving her two cents. I cannot imagine working with her and being disappointed in any regard. We highly recommend Sari to help you find a home in the East Bay.
