Sasha Wingate

Sasha Wingate grew up in the Bay Area in an artistic and uniquely Californian family that lived a life fueled by creativity. She attended college for fine art painting in San Francisco, and after graduation, worked as an art director for many years. With a strong personal call to become an entrepreneur, she left advertising and started BellJar Boutique is SF in 2007. She moved the store to LA in 2015, and it still operates today in Los Feliz. Because her business is running smoothly, she now has sufficient time to pursue another passion: real estate. With her strong visual sense, a creative spirit, a passion for architecture, and a love for working closely with people, Sasha is your agent for all matters of real estate. She has been involved in the restoration and redesign of many properties in Los Angeles and specializes in mid-century & high-end, unique architecture.
