Having spent time living on both coasts and in the Vail area, Scot decided to make Denver his forever home. As a small business owner, entrepreneur, and architectural photographer, Scot has spent years cultivating an appreciation for the built environment and exceptional design - making the transition into Real Estate a natural fit. Scot's clients benefit not only from his market expertise and extensive knowledge of Denver Metro's neighborhoods, but also from his strong customer service ethic and organizational skills. Scot is well-versed in many types of transactions - from first-time homebuyers to downsizing, to developers and land acquisition. When Scot isn't helping folks realize their real estate dreams, you'll find him giving back to the community through work with nonprofits via his event photography business and teaching an architectural photography course at Red Rocks Community College. Scot is an avid skier and enjoys spending time in the mountains with his wife and 8-year-old daughter. Scot and his family currently reside in the Berkeley neighborhood of northwest Denver and can be frequently spotted at Cesar Chavez Park with his family and their Bernese Mountain Dog, Zoe Bear.w
