My wife and I chose to work with Scott when we bought our first home in 2018. We never regretted that decision for a second!

I can't say enough about how positive Scott made the whole experience, despite some curve balls thrown at us along the way. He was always patient and willing to answer our questions (which we had a lot) and provided helpful feedback at every stage.

We initially sat down to dinner to discuss what we wanted in a home, our list of “must haves”, our budget, and steps that we needed to take to set us up for a successful purchase. We toured over a dozen homes in the downtown Indy area and Scott had extensive knowledge relative to each distinct neighborhood we considered. He was very involved during the walkthroughs and vocalized his concerns when something about the home’s construction or circumstances just didn’t feel right. This guidance helped us find a home within our price point in a neighborhood we only dreamt of.

Scott’s expertise continued to benefit us throughout the contract and closing process as well. He always made sure we were informed and looked out for our best interests at all times. After moving in he even followed up with us to make sure we were getting settled in and happy.

Scott was an incredible agent for us. Here are some of the reasons we were so incredibly blessed to have Scott as an agent. We were first time homebuyers and he did an excellent job educating us and connecting us with a great local mortgage lender. Secondly, Scott spend many hours, early and late, helping us search for home and even touring homes on a moments notice. When we were ready to offer on homes, he gave great advice and never once made us feel like we were going out of our range or settling for less. Once we had an accepted offer he diligently helped us through appraisal, inspection, and closing. We got the home we loved, got it for well within our budget, and without any hassle. Scott did an amazing job walking me and my husband through the process of first-time home buying. He was extremely patient with us as we asked a million questions, helped us set realistic and comfortable expectations when it came to making offers, and ultimately found and helped us secure our dream home! He was also very accommodating with his time - he gave up countless evenings and weekends to schedule house showings that fit around our work schedule, even though I am sure those weren’t his preferred times. In addition to that, he also has an extensive network in the area so still today helps us with recommendations for contractors, heating and plumbing experts and more. Most importantly, Scott knows how to network with other realtors to get clients the house they want. In this crazy home buying market, I am certain we would not have closed on our house without the help of Scott and his team.

Any home buyers (especially first-time home buyers) out there should trust Scott with helping you find the right home for you! Scott is not only interested in making a sale but is ultimately more interested in what is best for you as the client. Me and my husband are so happy in our new home, but I know when it comes time to selling it years down the road, we’ll be working with Scott again! If you need a realtor, Scott is your guy! He is very thorough and will advise you to make smart decisions (doesn’t always mean it’s the highest offer, either). He knows the area, quick to respond, and gives you things to consider before sending in the offers. He is honest and transparent if something doesn’t seem right with the home or deal. Scott was such a great realtor to work with! Because of the nature of our work, we were open to living all over the state of Indiana and Scott never complained about driving to so many different places in so many towns to show us homes. He advised us on when a home seemed to be priced over appraisal values because we didn’t want to go overboard, and he had a keen eye for pointing out both things we would love AND things that might be of concern to us. When we found our dream home, he really went to bat for us and we managed to snag the house despite not being the highest offer- even in this crazy market!
