If you need to buy a house, Sean is your guy. He walked us through the entire process, from the introductory meeting -- before we had even hired him -- to closing. In fact, he even removed an unwanted satellite dish from our new property AFTER we closed.

Sean made what can be a very stressful and frustrating experience exciting and pain-free. He represented us well as an agent, and he introduced us to a banker, a home inspector, and a lawyer. Every person was excellent. He's even given us the name of a good handyman for some of the jobs we need done around the new house.

My wife and I couldn't be happier with our new house, and we're recommending Sean to all of our friends who are starting the house hunting process.

My husband and I just bought our new home with the help of Sean Callahan. We have had a long standing professional relationship with him through the years, as he also helped me purchase my first condo, rent it out to responsible tenants and then eventually sell it. No matter what point in my life we worked together, everything went seamlessly.

In my most recent experience he helped my husband and I buy our new beautiful home. He worked tirelessly to show us numerous houses and accommodating us and the sellers during the pandemic. He is a true wealth of knowledge, not just in the real estate market. He helped us ask questions we didn't know to ask, crawled into attic and basement holes and was honest with the pros and cons of each home we looked at. Since Sean has a background in home construction and renovation, he was also able to point out good and bad things about how houses were built and repaired. Never once, did we feel he was just trying to make a sale or rush us along. He spent afternoons with us, answering all of our questions, no matter how small or redundant they may have been. Sean made us feel valued and we placed our trust in him without hesitation. At a moment's notice Sean could be reached. If we had a question pop up at 9pm on a Sunday evening, Sean would respond with an answer. Even after selling us our home, he still remains in contact with us when we have had a question or needed a recommendation.

During the process, Sean was also able to help us find a mortgage company and property lawyer to help guide us through the home buying process. My husband and I are so grateful to have worked with Sean. He truly made everything feel easier and we will honestly miss seeing him each week to attend open houses. Sean is absolutely, without doubt, the best realtor out there!
