About Sean

Sean began his real estate career in 2001, right after graduating from the University of Cincinnati with degrees in Marketing and International Business. He worked for a commercial real estate banking division of Fifth Third Bank and held several CRE positions with large and small banks through 2011, when he began investing in residential real estate full time. Sean first received his real estate salesperson license in 2014 and has personally bought or sold well over 500 properties as of June 2020.

In addition, Sean has represented countless investors as well as home buyers and sellers since 2014. In 2017, he launched the new construction and renovation business at Craftsman Properties and the first iteration of the Cole Group real estate team, which was re-branded into the Craftsman Properties umbrella in 2020.

Sean earned a Masters of Business Administration from Xavier University in 2013. He was the first JV lacrosse coach at Sycamore High School in 1998 and has been the head coach for numerous teams with players as young as 1st grade all the way to high school Varsity players through his Cincinnati Riot travel team. He has coached football since 2014 and is a lifelong Ohio State Buckeye fan, along with his wife and 3 children.
