We started our home search about eight months ago, and looking back now, I can confidently say we couldn’t have done it without Sean. There were moments when we felt overwhelmed or unsure, but Sean always showed up with patience, knowledge, and genuine care. He listened to us and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. Every showing, every offer, every conversation felt like we were working with someone who truly wanted the best for us.

Sean helped us through every step of being a first time home buyer and if we had a question he had an answer. With tricky work schedules Sean made sure he was available at all times to show us potential homes and was very honest about every house we sent him. One of our concerns going into working with a realtor was getting someone who is more interested in pushing for houses out of budget or in their own self interest. This was definitely not the case with Sean. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for and worked within our budget. He was patient if/when our ideas weren’t matching. Luckily we didn’t have to be too patient because he found a house we bid on one month into our search that was accepted that very day. He was open to us asking questions (sometimes the same ones over and over) and in addition to being extremely responsive, was perfectly knowledgeable about the process, terms and what to expect. He has contacts with inspectors, lawyers, and loan officers that made the process seamless and the least stressful home buying could possibly be. You would not regret working with Sean!

I just bought my first home and knew very little about the process; Sean had immeasurable patience with me and went absolutely above and beyond with every infinitesimal detail from lenders/insurance/inspectors, and so much more. Sean is extremely down to earth (and hilarious!) and made the entire process a million times easier. I could not have done it without him; I don't believe you could find a better choice for a real estate agent and I will recommend him until the man retires, maybe past that.

As far as Sean’s work, he knew exactly when to push, when to back off, and when to say "no absolutely not," for your benefit throughout the process. He is clearly very skilled and absolutely will not let you go through with something without full disclosure (lol get it?). He was 100% on top and ahead of every decision to be made and every form that needed to be completed.

His communication was always consistent. He was always easy to contact, and many times he would contact others (lenders, inspectors, et cetera) when I couldn't get in touch to push them along to help, which I am certain is not in his job responsibility, (blame that on my own struggles). Sean stayed in touch from day One to day Close and made sure everything was completely perfect.
Absolutely 10,000/10.

I was recommended Sean through my bank when looking for a starter home. He was able to help look for a house and provide tours when open houses weren’t available but also was able to provide a good mortgage broker and real estate attorney as well which made the whole process very easy and hassle free.

To say Sean is an awesome realtor is an understatement. I never seen someone so dedicated to their craft. Sean went well above and beyond his call duty to help me sell my home, to help my fiancé and I find our new home and soon, help my fiancé sell her home. All this while my fiancé is pregnant. So much to juggle. Sean was more than our realtor. He was our friend and even our therapist at times. He understood our needs, our urgency, answered all our questions and made sure we understood everything throughout the process. My husband and I worked with Sean to purchase our first home. He was so patient and kind to us being first time home buyers. He was always available when we needed him and if he wasn’t at the time he got back to us very quickly. He is very knowledgeable and any questions we had he was more than willing to answer them. From the moment we connected with Sean, he was responsive, timely, courteous and ensured he was helping us, not just trying to make a sale. Selling your forever home comes with many emotions and Sean was very respectful of that. He made the house-selling process simple and painless. He answered all of our questions and then some, came in prepared with market data to set us up for success and was confident in his ability to sell our home and ensure its worth was known. The photographer he used took absolutely wonderful pictures, truly capturing the beauty and uniqueness of the home. It meant a lot to see our home showcased in such a way. Aside from the general house closing timeline, this was the fastest and easiest process one could go through. We highly recommend Sean!

Our experience with Sean was amazing! He was very knowledgeable about the home buying process and if there was something he didn’t know he made sure to find out for us! He is very patient and helped us find a home we loved. It didn’t matter how many houses we wanted to see! He was flexible with scheduling and even when he was out of town he made sure we were in great hands!

He scored us a home on our second offer we put in! It definitely showed that Sean not only listened to what we wanted but worked hard. I couldn’t have asked for a better representative. One of the biggest mistakes you can make is not having Sean Fay Real Estate as your agent (and his CEO secretary Tiana Calabrese-Fay). We may be biased because they are two of our best friends, but we honestly couldn’t have gotten luckier with them on our side when searching for a house. Tiana was always on top of each house the day it was listed and sending them our way, and Sean was an absolute rockstar getting us in to see them as soon as possible (and if you’ve been looking in this market, you know how important that is!). Any question we ever had Sean was so knowledgeable and always knew the answer, and if he didn’t, he made it his priority to get us an answer as soon as possible. If you don’t know Sean, in addition to being a full time realtor, he is also a full time nurse, a husband and father to two amazing babes both under 2 years old- and yet he still he made sure we were a priority to him and worked day and night to get us the perfect place to call home. You hear a lot of horror stories from other people when talking about the home buying process, and honestly, we can’t relate!! Haha… Sean prepared us so well for what to expect and when, that everything went so smooth and so quick we were starting to question and wonder if we were missing something and when our good luck was gonna end … from start to end Sean was there, and we couldn’t have made a better choice when choosing to work with him.
