Sean was phenomenal to work with. My mother-in-law passed away unexpectedly, and Sean helped guide us through the whole selling process beginning with the best way to prepare her home for the market. He helped us pinpoint what areas to work on and have repaired. He even connected us with someone to get the work done in a timely and cost-effective manner.
We had to wait for the house to go through probate, but as soon as it completed the process, Sean was able to get the listing and pictures done right away. When determining the asking price, he provided us excellent information to help us decide and feel confident about what the home was listed at. Within less than a week we had multiple offers and Sean was great at instilling patience in us. He encouraged us to take all the time we were allowed to make any decisions and ultimately that patience really worked to our benefit.
From start to finish, we were extremely impressed with Sean's knowledge and expertise of the market and the entire selling and closing process. He was a pleasure to work with and his communication was always excellent. It is with the highest recommendation, that we encourage you to hire him as your realtor. You will not be sorry!

Sean is one truly stellar realtor! We were recommended him by a friend in our neighborhood who had used him to sell their home. We’re military, in another state, and decided it was time to sell our rental property. While we were researching timing and market prices with Sean, our PM unexpectedly dropped us. Sean immediately stepped in to help us cover the gap keeping an eye on the place and communications with our tenants while we figured out transferring PM to ourselves. He then ensured the tenants left the place in great shape, brought in a truly incredible team of contractors who polished our place interior and exterior so the video and photos were stunning. His group of contractors, landscaping, pressure washing, and photo/videographer were all a delight to work with and very professional and excellent with their work.

Sean worked all this within a tight turnaround of 1 month to get everything on market and despite listing during a quiet time of year (November), we had an incredibly successful closing because of all his guidance and advice during the process. Were we’re really sad to see the place go (especially after his lovely MLS video of the place!), but getting the best price possible helped the sting. All throughout the process, he was excellent with communications, availability, and answering our many questions. I cannot recommend Sean and his company Key Impressions enough.
