Originally from the friendly Midwest, Sean, and his wife LauraLee built a log home on a lake in the Pocono Mountains to raise their three children. One by one these active kids grew up and moved to Colorado, the region that allows outdoor enthusiasts to thrive. After discovering Durango’s beautiful four-season climate, stunning views, and proximity to a wide variety of terrain to explore, they too were lured west. How quickly Historic Durango and Purgatory Resort felt like home!

With a lifetime career in the Sporting Goods Industry, Sean specialized in ski, tennis, outdoor gear, and clothing, earning numerous sales awards for matching products to his clients’ needs.
