Seshu Velpuri was referred to me by a colleague at work. Seshu was truthful (first of all), very straight forward and answered all our questions with patience; gave us his opinion and then backed his opinion with believable stats. Did he agree with us 100% of the time? No. But that is what made him stand out from the rest of the agents we considered to work with. And when he didn't agree, he showed us the reasons why and then suggested alternatives. Oh yes, our home had multiple contracts in first few days. AND anytime I called or texted he was back with me almost immediately. One time it was 1 am in the morning. Can't go wrong here. It's unfortunate to see some disgruntled associate posting incorrect information to defame his reputation. Don't believe, the information in bad review on google was completely incorrect, we verified it! Go with Seshu Velpuri and you better hurry before he's too busy to take you!!!!!
