Seth was amazing from the moment I met him at the house for a showing. He came prepared with all the knowledge about the house, as well as more info such as Comps. When we decided to move forward with purchasing the first property he showed us, it was only a week before we were pending on the house from the day we viewed it. Seth got me the house with all the repairs I requested as well as credits from the seller, a 3 week closing date, and a really great deal on the property as well. Highly recommend him as he knows the market and his clients, as well as his job, but was also very easy to communicate with and very client oriented. Thank you very much Seth!

Moved from out of state and Seth was great. Was chosen more or less at random, but we got lucky. Other realtors kept trying to convince us to work with them and would either not communicate ... or would send us 6 new houses daily that didn't fit what we wanted. Seth really paid attention to what we wanted and consistently showed us the places that most appealed to us. He was also patient and helpful when our move got delayed and worked with us every step of the way. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend.

Seth is hyper responsive by text message, almost to a fault. He's available on demand 24/7, so we finally felt the need to restrain ourselves to message him at decent hours. Seth's access to the Keller Williams network was vital with the purchase of our home, as we were able to see the property pre-MLS and placed an offer the first day it was active.

Seth was great in selling our home. We had a previous agent who we fired as they were not good, our house sat for weeks with little activity. He came in and got us showings and open houses quickly. We got an offer not long after we put our house on the market and closed last week. Would recommend!

Wow! What can we say about Seth? So so much!! My wife and I are out of state investors and after searching through agents in the ABQ area and unsuccessfully finding anyone that would call us back or respond in a quick and timely matter, we serendipitously found Seth! What a breath of fresh air! He immediately started working with us and from the get go we could tell he was the realtor for us!

Seth found my wife and I the project house of our dreams but it didn’t come easily. There were a lot of challenges with the buyers, inspection, etc. (things out of our control) but Seth went above and beyond to help find the solutions and also remained honest, patient, and incredibly professional through it all. He kept our best interest at heart and never once did we receive any pressure from him and he answered all questions every step of the way. Punctual, knowledgeable, a true Professional, Always available and reliable (which goes a long way as we are out of state) and really just a genuinely amazing soul who wants to help people reach their dreams. We are planning on investing more in the ABQ area and will continue to work with Seth as we are confident that having him on our team is the winning ticket.
