We are very thankful that Seth was available and excited to show us each home we expressed interest in. What my fiance and I loved about him was that he was never pushy, gave us the space to discuss each home, was positive, and would offer opinions, only if asked. We were quite thankful that he seemed to get back to us pretty quickly, and we would be able to get into see a home pretty fast. We never really had to wait that long. When we found our home on Prouty Dr., Seth handled everything, and minimized the amount of work we had to do. He made it so much less stressful than it could have been. We will recommend him to any of our friends, acquaintances, etc who are looking to sell or buy a home.

"Not only was Seth available, punctual, professional, and helpful, he just got "us"! We actually never told him what we were looking for exactly in a house whenever we were searching, but it didn't matter. Seth knew that as, first time home buyers, we were looking for a house that we could be happy in for years to come without a lot of renovating. He was honest about what we should expect in our price range and kept us hopeful that we could afford a nice house with little work. And by golly he got us in a house just like that! I swear he was our genie who granted us wishes we didn't even think we could ask for. Going into our house hunting trip, we had a short time to look at houses. Seth did a great job of scheduling the houses that we would see and coordinating with the sellers' realtors. Seth was very accommodating and understood our needs/wants as home buyers. He was definitely an advocate for us as we went under contract. In a fast paced sellers market, Seth did an excellent job of guiding us (buyers) to landing the home that we wanted.

Moved to Denver from Houston in Oct 2020. Seth showed us properties via FaceTime and was very experienced in pointing out flaws, defects, as well as updates and features eventually helping us find a home we fell in love with. Seth also helped throughout the home buying process to make sure everything was explained and well understood. You won’t find a better realtor. My highest recommendations if you are looking to buy property anywhere near Denver.

Absolutely fabulous experience selling my home with Seth! I HIGHLY recommend him to any one in need of a Real Estate Agent, as I know he exceeds expectations.
