Prior to becoming a realtor with Rodeo Realty, Seto Avakian was a board-certified behavior analyst, transforming the lives of individuals with special needs and their families. With an extensive background in behavioral psychology, Seto is an expert on the psychology behind negotiations, human behavior, and actively listening to his client's needs and desires. This work, as well as his passion for helping others, ultimately led to his current role at Rodeo Realty, where he is responsible for looking out for his clients' best interests when it comes to all things real estate.

Seto is also fluent in both Armenian and Spanish and can assist in helping to navigate the complexities of the housing market. As a native of Los Angeles, Seto has an in-depth knowledge of the local market and what it takes to get the deal done.
