Shad has been in the Commercial Real Estate Industry since 2014. Recently named KW Commercial Ambassador for the Utah Region. Shad specializes in all facets of the Commercial Real Estate Industry. Shad is well versed in land and has been involved in several transactions ranging from Small lots to over 10,000 acres. He has worked with cities to determine the highest and best use for properties to help sellers net the most money possible. Shad also has a vast knowledge of Commercial Real Estate in the Office, Retail, Multifamily and Industrial markets. He has also worked with Investors to buy and sell commercial investment properties both maximizing value for Sellers and acquiring profitable assets for Investors. Shad makes it a point to dig into off market properties to have an upper hand on most of the commercial brokers in town with knowledge of properties that may be available.
