Originally from the small town of Bryan, Ohio, Shane relocated to Colorado in 2016, drawn by the state’s vibrant lifestyle, strong sense of community, and exceptional economic growth.

Growing up in a close-knit town instilled in Shane the values of integrity, accountability, and connections. These principles continue to guide his real estate practice today. He holds an associate degree in Business Management and brings a strong foundation in attention to detail, organization, and follow-through to every transaction. Shane resides in Westminster with his wife, their cats Jhin & Juice, and their dog Khan. Outside of work, he enjoys Colorado’s outdoor lifestyle like snowboarding, hiking, playing soccer, and attending live music events. A few fun facts clients might not know: Shane has swum with wild dolphins in Hawaii, once lost his passport while traveling in Mexico at 18, and went blueberry picking in Alaska while it was snowing. (Yes my hands were blue like the blueberries after picking them for hours).
