What can I say... Shanna is incredible to work with. She sold us our home initially, taking care of so many details and issues we could not have anticipated. When it came time to sell our home many years later, Shanna found a buyer, supervised work that needed to be done (as we now live out of town), and closed the deal quickly and professionally.

I'll add that when it had become time to sell our home, a friend had recommended another realtor to us. We went with this recommendation, not having been in contact with Shanna for many years. The realtor and another realtor at his very well known firm, could not sell our home after 10 months of it being on the market. At our wits end, we finally remembered our wonderful experience with Shanna, found her number, and called. Luckily she agreed to work with us and found a buyer within a week! The house closed shortly thereafter.

We loved working with Shanna and recommend her wholeheartedly. She truly cares about the relationships she builds with her clients.
