Shannon Fleming

Within her time as an agent of theTylerMortonGroup, Shannon has been able to offer integrity, hard work, tenacity, energy and creativity in every detail of her clients’ real estate transactions. She has successfully guided her clients to properties that meet their wants and needs, closing consistently and within a time frame that meets their lifestyle. By maintaining flexibility and the capability to manage multiple deals, Shannon is able to give her clients the attention they each deserve during the process. Personable, fun and easy-going, Shannon makes sure her clients feel welcome whether they are new to the Dayton area or a longtime resident, instilling the trust they need from an agent.
Shannon graduated from the University of Akron in 2004 with a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising and Minor in Marketing. From there, Shannon built a career in sales and marketing, building an understanding of client relationships, business operations, and product marketing. Shannon turned to Real Estate when she moved to the Dayton area in 2012, working as an Assistant to Tyler Morton of RE/MAX Victory. Shannon made a high-level commitment to her real estate education soon after, receiving her license in December 2013, and officially joining the Tyler Morton Group as a buyer’s specialist for Dayton and the surrounding communities, as well as a co-agent on listings.
In her spare time, Shannon enjoys spending time with her family and friends and maintaining a healthy lifestyle with exercise and hiking along some of our native trails in the Yellow Springs region.
