Growing up with her father in the Marine Corps, Shannon’s family moved about every two years. This experience taught her to quickly make friends and learn as much as possible about her new home so I could enjoy it more. This upbringing prepared her for real estate because she can talk to anyone about anything. Along with a 15-year real estate background, her and her husband, a local custom home builder, Kessler Construction. They are raising their children here on the charming Central Coast. They all love to hike, bike, ride horses, and walk around this stunning county often heading to the many farmer’s markets to buy farm-grown foods. Her family also enjoys hosting exchange students, playing music in their church band, and entertaining in their Victorian-style home they built together. Travel has taken her to Africa, Haiti, Europe, Canada, and Mexico–often on mission trips as aid workers.
Shannon is happiest when she is collaborating with her family and friends in service to the community and the fascinating people that she has met in her travels. She also feels very blessed to play music with her husband and kids. Her most interesting job is her current position as manager of over forty real estate agents. She never knows what she will be asked to do, and she is always learning new things while utilizing her experience to teach others.
