Shannon Splaine and his partner Noelle Goubeaux went above and beyond as realtors to make sure that our place sold quickly AND that we got the sales price we were aiming for. We were in a very unique situation that might have hurt our sales price significantly but they were confident and assured us that they would be able to get our asking price and helped list out the steps and plans for how to do it.

They were extremely attentive and responsive moving at the speed we wanted to go and helped us plan the entire move. They also helped with organizing many of the things that we were likely going to be too busy to schedule on our own (house inspection, cleaners, termite inspections, staging, etc). When figuring out the asking price they offered great advice for how to list in order to get people in the door in order to get to our asking price. Because of their hard work we were able to move out of our house and get it sold within a month. We listed on a Friday and had 9 showings over the weekend with people ready to make offers Monday. They recommended we set up an offer receive date (which we did Wednesday) and we received 6 great offers allowing us to be picky with who went with.

They were absolutely awesome and went above and beyond. I couldn't recommend them more to anybody wanting to sell their place in the San Jose area. Their expertise and knowledge of the area combined with their hard work and dedication to you will make your home sale process a breeze.

Highly recommend the GoubeauxSplaine Team for any reality needs! They were amazing to work with, especially as a first time buyer. They are well educated in the market, super supportive, and respond so quickly to any question I had at anytime. They made me feel comfortable throughout the process, making it easy for me to focus on what I want/didn't want, and successfully found me a home really quickly!
