This girl right here is a mf mvp. If you looking to buy whether is new construction/new already build or an old house she can help you. Even when you think you can't she will make it happened. Shanta will fight hard to get you what you looking for. She doesn't give up and that's what I love about her. Through out this process I wanted to give up a few time but she didn't let me. to say the least shanta is not probably the best in FL but THE BEST period , if you are looking for a house for now or tomorrow or next year or yesterday she is the one to get your exactly were you want to. i am only giving her 5 stars because i cant go to 10 hut honestly as first time home buyers she made the process feel like we knew what we were doing from the start. i already have my sister and 2 friends in contact with her to buy houses in the near future.
