Since moving to Austin in 2012, Sharmila started her career in Real Estate and has done exceedingly well in just a few years. She was recognized as the #2 luxury REALTOR in 2020 and has been consistently on the Top Producer list at her KW Realty office of over 475 agents.

With15 years of corporate marketing experience in the US and India, an MA degree in Advertising and a passion for Interior Design, Sharmila’s decision to become a REALTOR was the natural next step in her career.

Sharmila is best described as a citizen of the world. She has lived in seven different cities in four countries across the globe. With this background, she has developed a strong ability to understand various cultures and respect diversity. She works effortlessly with clients with varying needs; from investors to luxury clients, she covers the gamut. In the last 9 years, she has successfully sold homes from $250K to $7M.

Her industry knowledge and experience combined with negotiation and strong people skills always yield exceptional results. With her experience in video marketing and social media, Sharmila always comes up with winning marketing strategies that help sell her clients' homes in record time.
