I believe in trying to have fun (especially with the big stuff) and reacting with 'The Golden Rule'. Because your real estate goals mean as much to me as it does to you and your family, I get things DONE. In the last 8 years that I’ve been a Realtor, I have been told time and time again by my clients that before they met me it seemed to be taking forever and they felt like they were missing out possibilities or they goals weren't really 'understood', until NOW. I pride myself on learning what’s most important to you - and trying my hardest, without a lot of smoke & mirrors, to make that happen. And if I can't, I have made sure to surround myself with people and companies that have the same business ethics - and I can put you in touch with the company that can help us get there.

I get a great satisfaction in giving back to my community and the people, companies, and charities in the Treasure Valley; and opening a brokerage in which service is a big part of the industry, 208 allows me to reach another level then might be able to do myself. I am extremely proud of my City, State, Family and business ethics of this brokerage and am happy to encourage that in anyone that I get the chance to work with.
My legacy is to create relationships where people are happy to have me in their lives. That is a big part of what gave me the drive to open a brokerage in which I am able to provide one-on-one coaching with my agents. This type of coaching includes being available to train during the actually experience. While writing new offers, inputting listings, and negotiating deals - I am there to walk agents through it all so that they and their client have access to an entire team. I am dedicated to keeping myself up on the latest marketing tools, training, and technology in order to share that information with 208 agents giving them what they need to thrive in their current positions, but build business of their own or whatever goals they have for them and their families.
