I interviewed 3 realtors before deciding who to trust the sale of our home. Shelia Gates was well prepared, very professional, and very energetic. I could tell real estate wasn’t her hobby or second income part time job. She is 110% dedicated to real estate and it shows in the way she delivers. I’m retired military and have moved a lot…this was the best experience I’ve ever had in the sale of a home. I would definitely use her again if I hadn’t moved from Nebraska to Florida but I would absolutely recommend her to everyone. There are a lot of “friends that have a realtor friends”….I hired her because she was the most qualified and successful realtors of the 3 that came highly recommended. I always appreciated her advice and candidness…I trust her wholeheartedly.
