With her interior design expertise spanning decades and a real estate career starting in 2009, Sheila Hatcher balances the best of both worlds with a client-driven mindset and an acute creative eye. A Colorado resident since the age of seven, Sheila also understands Denver’s patchwork of neighborhoods as a self-proclaimed “almost native.”

Sheila’s approach as a broker comes intuitively. One of her main goals is to procure or curate a space that inspires her clients and makes them proud — because of this motivation, Sheila is practiced in the art of patience and helping clients visualize what their home could be. Helping clients feel safe in their investments comes easy to Sheila, who has the distinct ability to edit, stage and personalize homes with her close contractor relationships.

Although her hard-earned skillsets have resulted in seamless transactions, Sheila never pushes her clients into deals that will not work for them.
