From haunted houses to well hopefully non-haunted houses, Shelby stuck with us through it all. After looking at what felt like hundreds of houses she helped us buy the one! I am always hesitant working with new realtors in the investment side of the business, many don't understand the intricacies of investment property and the challenges that come with the territory. Shelby was a great asset in researching issues, bouncing ideas off of, and contract negotiation. Her ability to respond quickly, and effectively handle negotiation was instrumental in our successful closing of a couple properties. She has worked with me in both single family homes, and multi unit. Proving knowledgeable in both areas.

Shelby Tolley was amazing! She assisted us in the sale of a home my wife inherited in St Paul. We live in Florida and hadn’t seen the property in many years but Shelby worked with us, letting in buyers, appraisers, and even offering to clean the place up a bit!! She found a buyer for us, took care of all the arrangements for closing and all we had to do was sign! I would recommend her whole heartedly to anyone. I know that’s a lot of exclamation points but she earned them.
