What makes Shelley genuinely happy is collaborating with clients. Her sales and marketing experience coupled with her counseling and communications background enable her to break down negotiation barriers and carve out the best deal possible for her clients. Shelley knows that a client’s real estate sale or purchase is the biggest financial investment they will make in their lifetime and strives to make each transaction as worry free as possible. Her diligence, cheerful outlook, and perseverance have made her a consistently top-producing, well-respected realtor on the Central Coast.
Shelley brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to each transaction. She has been privileged to call the Central Coast her home for more than 35 years, so she has in-depth understanding of the local market. She helps buyers weigh the attributes of every neighborhood until they find the ideal area and perfect property to suit their lifestyle. And for sellers, she utilizes a broad range of marketing techniques and technology to highlight a home’s potential, attract qualified buyers, and sell at the best price possible. Shelley manages each transaction every step of the way, ensuring that no detail is overlooked.
Her goal is to exceed the expectations of each client. You can be assured that a transaction with Shelley will be an enjoyable learning experience.
Prior to becoming a realtor, Shelley was an Academic Advisor and Rehabilitation Counselor. She is actively involved in the community and serves on the Friends of the Shell Beach Library Board, the Pismo Coast Association of Realtors Charitable Foundation Board, and supports community services organizations. She is married to her patient husband Ed, who complains that most evenings all he sees is the back of her head, because she is constantly working on the computer.
She has one amazing adult child, and tries to live a healthy lifestyle by running, swimming, and walking, to balance out indulgences in decadent desserts and anything with bacon. Her ideal day (other than selling real estate) would include a walk to the library, and reading a delightful book on a bench overlooking the ocean
