Shelley Miller

Shelley’s philosophy is simple and revolves around honest, demanding work and having fun. It is no secret that she loves what she does. As a Seattle native who was born and raised in West Seattle, she is keen on most things “local” (except of course, the weather). The industry has grown and changed beyond imagination from when she cut her teeth in Title Insurance. But through that beginning a firm knowledge of and interest in real estate developed. After 8 years in title insurance, the yearning for self-employment led her to begin life again as an Independent Real Estate Appraiser. 15 years of appraising has helped develop a strong knowledge base for real estate sales and an unquenchable enthusiasm for the industry. The past and present merged into life as a happily contented real estate Broker at Windermere Real Estate, Lakeview Office.

Over the years she has had the good fortune to make lasting friendships with clients and colleagues alike. She is a firm believer that if her clients do what they love and do it with integrity, life will be a pleasure.
