Shelly & Steve Heavrin

Shelly was born in Hawaii and grew up in both Hawaii and California.

She currently lives in Manhattan Beach with her husband, Steve Heavrin, who is also a Realtor with Palm Realty Boutique.

Together, they raised their two daughters in Manhattan Beach, were very involved with the Manhattan Beach School District and many youth sports programs along the way.

Shelly has been selling Real Estate since 1985. She plays beach Volleyball, Pickleball, and practices Iyengar yoga. She also enjoys reading and playing Bridge.

She is an active part of a group of women who regularly walk, hike, and discuss local topics and life.

Shelly said that "living in the South Bay has provided her a fantastic lifestyle!" She is a great source of local knowledge from schools and children's activities to referring South Bay professionals, all of which will make your transition to the South Bay that much easier.
