Sherry is exceptional!! We were stressed about the whole process being first time home buyers and she took the time to explain every detail, answer all questions, and make sure we got the best deal. She went above and beyond playing with our toddler during home tours so we could focus, helping tour homes for us when we couldn’t commute, walking us through the process once we were under contract, always being available, and making us feel so at home and celebrated once we closed on the house! Sherry truly cares about your well being, goes above and beyond to take care of you through the whole process start to finish, and has such an engaging and calming presence. She is wonderful to work with!!

We were truly fortunate to have Sherry recommended to us to search for our “Unicorn” home in Denver. She collaborated with us to gain a full understanding of our wants and then established target areas based on her knowledge of the Denver market and, more importantly, the micro-neighborhoods in each area. Sherry was recommended to us by our estate lawyer after our sister passed away unexpectedly. She did an amazing job helping us through every aspect of the sale of our sister's house. She was responsive, informative, came prepared for every meeting that we had, and answered every question and concern. She gave us reliable advice on the market conditions, and the best method and price to list the house. She helped us survey every room and inspect every system.

When the time came to put the house on the market, Sherry helped us stage it beautifully and get great photographs. She even spent time personally refreshing the woodwork in the house, and the flowers in the pots outdoors!

Sherry Beindorff is an extraordinary real estate agent! I can't say enough great things about her! I had the difficult situation of trying to buy a house in Colorado while living in Oregon during a wild Colorado housing market. Listings were going on the market and under contract on the same day (with all offers above asking). My first offer was one offer among 25 other offers! Sherry never lost heart or gave up. Sherry figured out very quickly what I was looking for in a home, which was crucial since I was trying to buy from a distance. Sherry encouraged me to write a strong back-up offer on my "North Star" house, and then she stayed in touch with seller's agent on a regular basis, reminding them of my continued interest in the house. I ended up being able to purchase this house, but it was only because of Sherry's excellent representation of my interests. Sherry was tireless in looking at houses for me, and giving me an honest opinion of whether a home was a fit for me. If you work with Sherry, you are working with the best!

Sherri had a grasp on the market and where we needed to be in order for our home to stand out in a competitive market. My mom is a real estate agent for Coldwell Banker in California and she was able to connect us to Sherry. We are so lucky to have found her! My husband and I were first time home buyers and were interested in possibly moving to a new area of Denver which Sherry was very familiar with (but we were not). Sherry was very thorough in explaining the various neighborhoods in South Denver and highlighting areas that she thought we would like. We looked at many houses and found one that had the perfect layout for our family but was in need of a lot of work. Sherry and I are both creative-minded/visual people and she was instrumental in helping me visualize what the house could look like with some renovations. Not only that but she had great referrals for renovation work, particularly her handyman, who helped us fix up the house in a very short time.

She also helped us find, negotiate and close on a house very quickly - which was our goal since we are pregnant with baby #2! Sherry went above and beyond to make sure we understood what was happening during every step of the home-buying process and to ensure we met quick deadlines. Our original home needed a few tweeks before market and Sherry provided up to date and minimal design suggestions that with a little paint and using our own pieces our home quickly became a huge contender in the neighborhood leading to a signed contract in only 4 days! Sherry was our realtor when we sold our home in Lone Tree CO. We were super busy trying to sell a house and manage an out of state relocation with three small kids. Sherry stepped in not only as our realtor, but she truly became a friend of both us and our kids, offering to help with child care if needed, helped us clear the driveway of snow before showings, came early for all showings to help clean up the last minute things that I wasn’t able to do on my own. And so much more. I am quite the perfectionist and have moved a lot in the past 5 years. It is IMPOSSIBLE for me to articulate how IMPRESSED I am by Sherry, as a person and as a professional. I am an extreme perfectionist, which makes me very hard to impress. Sherry’s dedication to her clients has literally left me speechless on multiple occasions.
